About Nicolle

As a child, I often felt like I never quite belonged. Without a traditional family to nurture and guide me, I found comfort in books, music, wild gardens, and sleeping beneath the stars. Nature was my favorite place to be. Surrounded by living things, I discovered a sense of belonging. Looking back, perhaps I was a little feral. I was happiest being outside and sleeping beneath the stars.

Growing up, I was often told I was too much- too sensitive, too curious, too different. Like many people, I spent years searching for where I truly belonged. I often felt lost, wondering why I didn’t seem to fit neatly into the boxes that worked for everyone else. Along the way, it felt more like failures than stepping stones.

Only by looking back could I connect the dots.  I came to realize that the very qualities others questioned- my empathy, intuition, and deep care for people- were actually my greatest gifts.

Every path I was drawn to had something in common: creating meaningful experiences and helping people. What once felt like unrelated chapters had been preparing me all along. Today, Sacred Mariposa brings those pieces together, where ceremony, beauty, healing, and coaching are all different expressions of the same purpose.

Proudly rooted in Idaho with Native American and Scandinavian heritage, I hold degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and Anthropology from The College of Idaho. I’m an ordained officiant, licensed cosmetologist, Reiki Master, trans-formational coach, and lifelong student of healing, ceremony, and the wisdom of nature.
